A US-based hotel chain has come up with the idea of improving its marketing. Due to email adjustments, problems with tracking and serving emails were caused. To correct some emails there is a need to select each company’s email to correct existing content. Based on the company's requests and business opportunities, Vimera suggested creating dynamic emails with a special journey system by Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation.
Dynamic Email Templates building. There were static emails for each separate area, a big quantity of emails. Templates were transformed into dynamic ones, as a result, there is one email showing the specific information to specific resorts depending on a city.
The client couldn’t resize emails viewed on various mobile devices. The Vimera team created a Responsive Email Template to solve this problem. Additionally, after building an email template a responsive layout was created.
Transactional & Commercial Emails configuration to improve engagement model with prospects and customers. Transactional emails will be sent in response to a customer’s interaction with a website or an app, while prospects - opted-in for promotional content - will receive commercial emails such as newsletters, sales offers, product updates, etc.
