The client had a lack of streamlined Quote-to-Order management which led to longer processing times for creating quotes, contracts, and orders.

The client was challenged to manage Quote building with product dependencies.

The client needed a solution allowing to replace manual quote and contract building with automated creation, as well as to add a billing platform.

The client needed an automated solution for document generation and the electronic signature of quotes and contracts.

The Vimera team implemented a Salesforce CPQ with configuration of product bundles, constraints, and product and price rules making it much more convenient for users to create quotes. They no longer need to worry about certain configurations, as they are now automated.

The Vimera team configured Contract Renewal and Amendment to automate contract creation and modification, the Billing function to manage subscriptions and payments with ease, the Order generation process.

The Vimera team consulted with an e-signature and document generation solution and implemented CPQ integration with DocuSign to generate PDF documents and add an electronic signature function allowing secure contract signing processes and implemented Contract auto-activation once e-document was signed by a customer

The Vimera team configured DocuSign templates for Quote and Contract PDF generation and reminders for a Customer to sign the document.
