The company has a lot of legacy code and it was necessary to add more logic in their custom Quote solution, which should have been integrated with SAP to check the Product information and add custom logic for managing product bundles.

The company has a lot of Business Units and a large approval and automation logic that should have been adjusted and thoroughly tested to not break their current processes.

The company didn’t have an integration with their SAP system and had to manually check or update information in SAP while working with Salesforce. As a result, this negatively impacted productivity and staff satisfaction.

The company wanted to manage a complex business requirement of Quote configuration with dynamic cost, price, VAT, travelling calculation based on area and dynamic bundle configuration with restrictions and dependencies.

Based on the client’s business needs, the Vimera team configured Sales processes to track and manage opportunities and quotes in Salesforce. The Vimera developer enhanced the custom quote logic according to the business requirements.

The Vimera team implemented the SAP integration with Salesforce and improved custom quote logic considering that integration.

Based on the client’s business needs, the Vimera team configured Service processes including the Field Service (Lightning) process, and FSL mobile application. The FLS flows were utilized and customized Dispatcher console.

Based on the client’s business needs, the Vimera team configured Salesforce CPQ using pricing and product rules, summary rules, bundles, features, guided selling and custom JS code. Also, the Vimera engineer performed training for the company’s stakeholders on how to configure bundles and facilitated the CPQ data migration.
