Evaluators List - a list of employees and interested parties with an assessment of their impact on work - was configured to estimate a Contact Health score based on the influence and loyalty levels. The results impact on records’ appearance in SWOT analysis. SWOT module with auto-generated elements and possibility allows manually adding a record in any category.
Objectives and Dimensions were implemented and configured. Objectives represent a list of goals to be done to reach a revenue plan. The evaluation helps add and decline records from SWOT analysis and affects the Dimension section – account evaluation based on the following parameters: Account Index, Wallet Share, Growth Potential, Account Health, Contact Health, Goal Progress, etc.
