CHALLENGE

The client requested to configure an account planning system using a Salesforce platform based on a business-specific approach and close deals’ sales methodology. According to the client’s business requirements, the Vimera team has developed a custom solution.

SOLUTION

Evaluators List - a list of employees and interested parties with an assessment of their impact on work - was configured to estimate a Contact Health score based on the influence and loyalty levels. The results impact on records’ appearance in SWOT analysis. SWOT module with auto-generated elements and possibility allows manually adding a record in any category.

Objectives and Dimensions were implemented and configured. Objectives represent a list of goals to be done to reach a revenue plan. The evaluation helps add and decline records from SWOT analysis and affects the Dimension section – account evaluation based on the following parameters: Account Index, Wallet Share, Growth Potential, Account Health, Contact Health, Goal Progress, etc.

The Vimera team developed a Custom Dashboard. Originally, our client was not satisfied with the analytics inside the Salesforce platform. To address this challenge our experts offered the implementation of the Tableau CRM solution.
