Our client already has a website with a lead-capturing form and Salesforce Sales org in use and wants to use prospect information from the web form in order to manage subscription preferences and send news based on chosen topics. The Vimera consultants offered Pardot Implementation.
After SETTING UP PARDOT, the team created a Salesforce Subscribes campaign and pushed all information into Pardot.
PREFERENCE CENTER has been developed - a page where prospects can choose which topics they want to receive. We have implemented standard and dynamic lists; they are used to divide content by prospect’s language preferences.
Then a FORM HANDLER has been configured to integrate an existing website form with Pardot. CUSTOM FIELDS have been added to track additional data about prospects to capture information tailored to the company’s needs.
The team has created INITIAL EMAIL TEMPLATES the client uses to send the news to each subscription list. There are redefining the way how they usually send news with images, and blocks of text.
