Our client - as an active Salesforce Sales Cloud user - is required sales automation solutions using APEX. The key challenge was about complex business logic: when a customer makes a decision to use their system and purchases a subscription for several years, the client will create phases for several years. Also, the company generates a lot of financial statements. According to the business logic and the client's requirements, the Vimera team provided Sales Cloud customization.

SOLUTION

To store all customers' specific information a custom object such as database tables has been configured and automated.

Price book - a list of products, the prospects want to buy with various prices based on each opportunity – is automatically filled in the contract to facilitate sales managers' workload.
